Course description: 

In this Workshop we are going learn the proper methods of setting up a project using surveyors drawings and CAD files. We will look at creating co-ordinates and Site True and Project north views. Learn to create topography in Revit and linking Revit and CAD files. 

Course objectives: 

After this course you will be able to: 

• Work with sg diagrams 
• Work with surveyor information 
• Clean up the dwg  
• Set up True north/Project north views 
• Place a project at specific Co-ordinates  
• Link projects 
• Create topography 

To participate in this training course you will have to: 

• Have Autodesk Revit installed on your PC. 
• Have Autodesk AuroCAD installed on your PC. 
• Have a good knowledge of the Revit interface. 
• Have and understanding of Architectural terminology.
